Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Ninjanordbo (designer), you (client) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services
The Designer will provide design services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing.

Payment
Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be specified in the project proposal or agreement.
Late payments may incur interest charges as detailed in the project-specific agreement.

Revisions and Alterations
The number of revision rounds and the process for additional revisions will be clearly defined in the project proposal or agreement for each specific project.

Any revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Project Delays and Cancellation
Delays caused by the Client may result in rescheduling and additional fees. If the Client cancels the project, they are liable for work completed up to that point.

Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership rights to the final deliverables. The Designer retains the right to display the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality
The Designer agrees to keep all Client information confidential unless given written permission to share.

Limitation of Liability
The Designer's liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

Changes to Terms
The Designer reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of any changes.

Project-Specific Terms
Additional terms specific to each project, including but not limited to timelines, deliverables, and project scope, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. These project-specific terms will be considered an extension of these general Terms and Conditions.
